‘Women of Holy Week’ – Lent Course ’22 This year we will be exploring Paula Gooder’s latest book ‘Women of Holy Week’ as our Lent group resource across the team. As well as using the book, we will be publishing a podcast reflection each week by a member of our ministry team that will be available for individuals to download and listen to in their own time. We are asking that already established home groups consider using this material during Lent and incorporating it into their programme. We will also be having a weekly Tuesday morning 11am group meeting for coffee and discussion. These meetings will circulate around the churches of the team. More details will follow, in the meantime, you might want to buy yourself the book from www.churchhousepublishing.co.uk

Cheltenham Open Door writes I would very much like to thank you all for the recent £860 donation. We rely entirely on donations given by supporters, so this is an amazing sum to receive. During this year’s Christmas shelter we were delighted to welcome over 100 guests over the 3 days to provide them with hot food, entertainment, companionship, Christmas cheer and a place to belong. It was an extra special shelter for us, as it was the first in our new home in Unit 3. We have been open for guests again over the last couple of days, and 36 guests have joined us each day. We expect this number to continue to rise as people find us in the new location. Aimee Taylor-Best, Marketing and Fundraising Manager

Cheltenham Elim Food Bank (seeded by The Trussell Trust)
