Conversations for an Evolving Church Robin Greenwood and Pauline Godfrey are leading a day of ‘Conversations for an Evolving Church’ on Saturday 12th March, 9.30-4pm, at
St Philip & James Church, Leckhampton. Over the years of his ministry Robin has recognised how important being given a voice, that is listened to, is to the growth of individuals, the churches, and communities in which they minister. Using that knowledge and enthusiasm Robin, joined by Pauline, will encourage us to talk and listen, and to discover what God is saying to the churches. If you would like to know more about it or book a place, then please go to the following webpage on the Diocesan website www.gloucester.anglican.org/event/conversations-for-an-evolving-church/
‘Women of Holy Week’ – Lent Course ’22 This year we will be exploring Paula Gooder’s latest book ‘Women of Holy Week’ as our team Lent group. As well as using the book, we will be publishing a podcast reflection each week by a member of our ministry team that will be available to download and listen to from https://southcheltenham.church/. We are asking that already established home groups consider using this material and we will also be having a weekly Tuesday morning 11am group meeting for coffee and discussion, the first of these is at Pip & Jim’s on Tue 8th March. This meeting will circulate around the churches, more details to follow. You can get the book here.
