SERVICES DURING THE WEEK

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS: With the easing of restrictions the wearing of face coverings is no longer mandatory. However, please respect those who wish to continue mask wearing and social distancing. If you test positive for Covid up to three weeks after this service, please let us know by telephone or e-mail.

Fr Sebastian has tested positive for Covid, so please note that the Monday and Tuesday Masses previously advertised are sadly cancelled. He hopes to be out of isolation well by Maundy Thursday, and the pattern we hope to follow is as follows:

This service will be attended by people from across the South Cheltenham Team

Annual Parochial Church Meeting

The APCM will be held on Tuesday 17 May in the Meeting Room at 7.30pm. Please give thought to nominations for Church Wardens, members of the Deanery Synod, and members of the Parochial Church Council. Forms for these nominations will be at the back of the church. We need new people as well as the existing ones, to fill these essential roles, in order to ease the burdens of the present incumbents. There may be people who are willing but as yet have not been asked! Please ask before nominating. Return any completed forms to Ann Bacon or Church Wardens.  

Annual Report

Please submit your group reports to Ann Bacon (via ststephenstivoli@gmail.com) ASAP, but by 1 May at the latest in order to give us time to format the final document.

Mothers’ Union Coffee Morning

The St Christopher’s MU Coffee morning will be held on Sat 23 April 10.00 – 12.00 in St Christopher’s Large Hall. Refreshments, Raffle, Cake Stall, Book Stall, Bottle Tombola and MU Cards and Gift stall. All are welcome.

Concerts at St Stephens

  • Friday 29 April at 7pm Short concert by Rachel Reisner, Melvin Brown and Fiona Brown – a variety of songs; something for everyone!  Entry free, but collection for St Stephen’s; refreshments afterwards.
  • Sat 14 May – Jazz at 2pm, Folk at 6pm We have 2 concerts coming up on the same day brought to us by Mike, Nathan and friends. All proceeds to St Stephens.
